Hi there! I’m Matt and I started this site to archive my journey learning about all things real estate investing. My hope is to share all that I read, learn, research, hear, and experience with regard to real estate right on this site.

A little about me: As of this writing I am 22 years old, broke, and have an intense craving to become financially independent. Reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, opened my eyes to a world other than an enslaving 9-5 lifestyle where you’re lucky to live month-to-month. It’s funny because right now I live month-to-month, and as a result of careless spending in the last few years, the amount of debt I have exceeds the amount of cash/assets I have. I also know nothing about real estate investing which makes things a little tricky.

But definitely I’m up for the challenge. I don’t expect to be rolling in the dough with millions of dollars to my name in a year, but I do expect to know a hell of a lot more about real estate in the next week, month, and year(s). And I plan to share it all on here.

Reading my website won’t make you rich, and I definitely don’t promise that following my path will make you rich either. But I hope to share my experiences on here so that you can gain some perspective on your real estate investing journey as well.
